I am an eclectic therapist, pulling from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, EMDR, and Ego States/Parts Work models to create a holistic approach to address your entire person. Together we will unravel some of experiences, past and present, which impact your life, and make sense of your thoughts and feelings. We will explore some of your core beliefs about yourself and the world around you, as well as practice ways to redirect your thoughts to the present, instead of dwelling on the past or worrying about the future. My ultimate goal is for you to not only feel better, but also to have the tools to make lasting changes, and become more empowered within yourself.
I welcome all ages, genders, and sexual orientations. However, in recent years, the focus of my work has been with women, specifically addressing issues such as: mood disorders postpartum and during pregnancy, infertility, pregnancy and infant loss, birth trauma, adult attachment disorders, and trauma. I work with individuals, couples, families, and groups. I also provide tele-therapy within New Jersey.
