Nothing is more important than the way you feel. Often we can recognize things in our lives we would like to be different, but feel at a loss as to how to get started. I understand that sometimes help is needed to navigate life’s challenges. Even the most capable person will confront issues that may seem too daunting to deal with alone. I take my client’s effort to change very seriously. Sometimes, therapy can seem scary, uncomfortable, strange, or even stigmatizing. I strongly believe it takes courage and character to seek help and make a change.

Together, we will use a mindful, holistic approach to address your entire person and make sense of your thoughts and feelings. My ultimate goal with clients is for you to not only to feel better, but also to also make lasting changes and become more empowered within yourself.
