Often we can recognize things in our lives we would like to be different, but feel at a loss as to how to get started. I understand that sometimes help is needed to navigate life’s challenges. Even the most capable person will confront issues that may seem too daunting to deal with alone. I take my client’s effort to change very seriously. Sometimes, therapy can seem scary, uncomfortable, strange, or even stigmatizing. I strongly believe it takes courage and character to seek help and make a change.
